PURPOSES
The purposes of this association are to unite the reputable locksmiths of the State of Michigan in the accomplishment of the following objectives:

To promote good fellowship among the locksmiths of michigan.

To promote and maintain high ethical standards in the conduct of the locksmith craft and trade.

To promote and further the interests of the locksmith craft and trade in Michigan.

To promote the interchange of ideas, business methods and technical information as a means of increasing the efficiency and usefulness of the locksmith craft and trade.

To promote and maintain among the general public a moral code of ethics among the locksmiths trade.

To engage in and carry on any other activities necessary to promote the general welfare of the locksmith craft and to effect and carry out the purpose of this corporation and the doing of any and all things necessary or incidental there-to.
